First, the maintenance of convex and concave mold

1. When the convex and concave molds are disassembled, the original condition of the mold should be paid attention to, so that it can be easily restored after the subsequent mold loading; if there is padding or displacement, the thickness of the gasket should be engraved on the parts and recorded.

2. Replace the punch to test whether the die of the strip is smooth, and whether the gap between the test insert and the die is uniform; if the die is replaced, the gap between the test insert and the punch should be uniform.

3. After the punch is finished, the punch is shortened and the pad is required to reach the required length. It should be checked whether the effective length of the punch is sufficient. To replace the broken punch, find out the cause, and check whether the corresponding die has chipping and whether the cutting edge is needed.

4. When assembling the punch, check whether there is enough clearance between the punch and the fixed block or the fixed plate. If there is a pressure block, check whether there is a moving margin. The assembly die should be placed horizontally, then placed on the die surface with a flat iron block, tapped with a copper rod in place, and must not be tilted strongly to knock in, the bottom of the die must be chamfered. After installation, check whether the concave surface is level with the mold surface.

5. After the punch die and the core are assembled, it is necessary to check the tape to check whether the parts are misplaced or reversed. Check whether the die and the die pad are reversed, and whether the blank hole is blocked or not. Whether the part needs to be stolen, whether it is enough to steal the material, and whether the mold needs to be locked.

6. Pay attention to the locking confirmation of the screw of the stripper. When locking, it should be from inside to outside. Balance the force and cross lock. Do not lock one screw first, then lock another screw to avoid tilting the stripper. Causes the punch to break or the mold accuracy to decrease.

Second, the maintenance of the stripper

1. The disassembly of the stripper plate can be first lifted with two screwdrivers, and then balanced with both hands to remove the force. In case of difficulty in disassembly, it should be checked whether the mold is cleaned, whether the locking screws are completely disassembled, whether the mold damage caused by the jam should be detected, and the cause should be determined accordingly, and must not be disposed of blindly.

2. When assembling the stripper, clean the punch and stripper first, add the lubricant to the lead of the guide post and the punch, place it smoothly, press it with both hands, and repeat it several times. If it is too tight, the cause should be ascertained (whether the guide column and guide bushing are normal, whether there is damage in each part, whether the new punch can smoothly pass the stripper and the position is correct), and then deal with it accordingly.

3. If the fixed plate has a pressure block, check whether the release position on the backing plate is sufficient. The material contact surface between the stripping plate and the die is pressed for a long time to produce an indentation. When the indentation is severe, the pressing precision of the material is affected, resulting in abnormally unstable product size, etc., and the stripping and stripping plates are required. Repair or regrind.

4. The contour sleeve should be checked for accuracy. If it is not equal to height, the stripper will be tilted. The precision guiding smooth spring pressure function will be destroyed and must be maintained.

Third, the adjustment of the mold gap

1. The core positioning hole is worn due to the frequent combination of the core, resulting in a large gap after assembly (looseness after assembly) or uneven gap (producing positioning deviation), which will cause the shape of the section after punching to change. Poor, the punch is easy to break, and burrs are generated. The condition of the cross-section after punching can be checked to make appropriate gap adjustment.

2. When the gap is small, the section is small. When the gap is large, the section is more and the burr is larger, and a reasonable gap is obtained by shifting. After adjustment, it should be properly recorded, or marked on the side of the die for subsequent maintenance.

3, daily production should pay attention to collect the material when the original mold is better, if the subsequent production is not smooth or the mold is mutated, it can be used as a reference for mold maintenance.

4. In addition, if the auxiliary system such as the top material pin is worn, whether it can be topped, whether the guide nail and the bushing are worn, it should be inspected and maintained.

Fourth, the guiding site inspection

1. How to match the gap between the guide post and the guide sleeve, whether there is burn or wear marks, and whether the mold-oriented oil supply status is normal, it should be checked.

2. The wear and precision of the guide parts will reduce the precision of the mold, and problems will occur in all parts of the mold. It must be properly maintained and replaced regularly. Check the accuracy of the guide member. If the guide pin is worn, the proper tape guide accuracy and function have been lost and must be replaced. Check the condition of the stripping spring and the top spring to see if it is broken or not broken for a long time, but it has lost its original strength and must be regularly maintained and replaced. Otherwise, the mold will be damaged or the production will not be smooth.
